Lace and satin scraps from wedding dress made into keepsakes.

I had little width to work with, but managed to fashion a "kerchief" for the father of the bride and a small purse for the grandmother of the bride. This was a very touching project. I had a bit of lace that I bought when I was first married many years ago that I added. I wish there had been enough to make the kerchief from a solid square of fabric, but it will be folded, the center seam will not be noticed, and it will look very nice. It was a pleasure to add to their wedding and I wish them every happiness.
