  • How do I wash my mask?
I recommend washing your mask in a mesh laundry bag, then hang to dry. DO NOT BLEACH. Gentle laundry soap in warm water is sufficient to clean these.
  • Will the darker mask fabrics bleed in the laundry?
They shouldn't! Red and other dark fabrics were set and dried prior to construction. All fabrics were prewashed and shrunk in the dryer initially. I still recommend washing darker masks in cold water with other dark clothing.
  • Can you explain your sizing?
Measurements are from the beginning of one ear to the beginning of the other ear, and from the bridge of the nose to just under the chin. Note: If your mask fits correctly it should cover your nose and mouth and not move around your face as you talk and breathe. The nose clip keeps the mask under your glasses and helps prevent fogging. • What does "green" mean?"
I try to use only natural fabrics such as cottons or linens, and to recycle and repurpose fabrics when possible. I am hoping to find vintage fabrics and clothing to incorporate into my work. I, also, find things in my travels that just need a little love and care to renovate and update them. I hope to add these fun finds to my store as well.
  • Where else can your items be found other than the internet?
I have a front porch shop that I am currently creating and constructing. When the weather cooperates there can be items displayed in front of my porch shop. Leeward Market in Eastport and Lizzie D's clothing boutique in downtown Easton, MD have been so kind as to include my hand made masks in their shops.
