Shipping & Returns
I use a small local UPS store to ship. On very small items I am not using tracking, but will on larger and more expensive items. If you need something delivered more quickly, you can contact me and we can work together to accomplish this. Otherwise, I am sending the items at the lowest price for you and for me.
I am hand making all these items, so the time of shipping can vary. I would let you know what is possible and keep you informed. Items can be picked up at my front porch store as possible. I appreciate your patience and understanding of artisan work and a solo owner of a small cottage business.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I understand the complexities of ordering online and am happy to work with you. I cannot afford return shipping, but I can work out whatever the issue with you with all the ways there are to communicate by photos, texts, phone conversation, etc. I want you to be a happy and returning customer. I want the items to be liked and enjoyed by you as much as they are by me as I make them. What I like about a cottage business is that it is personal service and feels like you are working with a friend on a project. The items are not mass produced, but unique and personal. I welcome and thank you for any feedback so that I can learn and make this a good experience for both of us.
