I use 100% quilt grade cotton that can be washed and line dried. The masks are comfortable with a flexible nose clip to avoid riding into your eyes and soft round elastic ear loops that can be adjusted. I like to use "vintage" and whimisical fabric. There is a bead on the ear loops, the child must be old enough not to swallow beads. Or, you can take it off and knot the elastic ends to fit.
